Capgemini is providing support services for a complex NetSuite ERP and POS solution at our client.  Services include application support, enhancement request development, NetSuite release and upgrade regression testing and managing the delivery of 3rd party application modifications.

Application development and maintenance of the NetSuite Core Merch module.  Individual will have direct contact with the client and will be responsible for gathering information required to support and enhance the system.  Individual will need to work with offshore and onshore team to create specs and resolve defects.  Individual should have the ability to problem solve issues with a medium level of complexity.  Skill set required is 2+ years’ experience specifically with NetSuite ERP, NetSuite Core Merchandising Module, retail experience a plus, NetSuite Foundations or NetSuite ERP certification a plus.

MUST Have:
– Functional Skills: Worked with NetSuite ERP application, specifically on NetSuite Core Merchandising module and should have good functional knowledge on how the NetSuite ERP works

– Functional Experience in: Purchase Order Management
– Functional Experience in: Returns Processing
– Functional Experience in: EDI transactions
– Functional Experience in: Advanced Pricing
– Functional Experience in: Advanced Shipping, Receiving
– Customer Facing (e.g. Proactive, Service Oriented, Engaging, etc. with Client IT, Business Stakeholders, 3rd party vendors)
– Communications (e.g Strong Verbal/Core Languages, Good Written, etc.)
– Career Experience: 2 years experience with NetSuite or greater
