Description/Notes: Change Lead role for the Record to Report workstream. Finance background, distributed workforce experience and ERP implementation experience would be great.
- Transformational change experience.
- Experience creating a change strategy focused on mindset shifts in addition to implementing new systems.
- Experience across several different types of changes (behavior/process, tech implementation, culture changes at the lead level)
- Enterprise Change experience/working in complex orgs
Responsibilities:
- Apply change management processes and standards to support adoption of change across multiple initiatives.
- Define, manage, and oversee the execution of all change management plans, activities, and deliverables.
- Conduct assessments to determine change impact, risk, and business readiness, and project health throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide input to the design and delivery of communication plans and training programs.
- Develop effective, collaborative working relationships with internal consultants, project managers and business leads.? Provide change knowledge and recommendations as required.
- Define key metrics to monitor successful adoption and change management effectiveness. Assist with continuing to improve the Change Management team processes, leveraging internal/external best practices and lessons learned.
- Provide support to transformation efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, organizational development, or related field is required.
- 8+ years of experience leading change management efforts.
- Experience in project management and related functions is highly desired.
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.? Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to build and leverage strong relationships.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
